I found another bottle of the 13th Jewbelation. I'd forgotten just how beastly this one is. The head isn't great, nor does it last, but it does have flavor -- a lot of malt and hops to mask that 13% ABV.

Pork Ribs

I should have titled this post "I fail at layout with blogger."

Tonight's dinner is pork ribs with apple fice spice glaze, roast green beans with pickled garlic, and roast potatoes.

The glaze was a simple mixture of apple butter, five spice, and soy sauce.

The green beans simply got olive oil, while the potatoes got rosemary as well
