At the request of a friend we hadn't seen in a few months, we had a grilling night. As the only specifications were BYOB and BYOM, I thought it prudent to also bring my own vegetables. The answer? Skewers!

Pork Ribs
I should have titled this post "I fail at layout with blogger."
Tonight's dinner is pork ribs with apple fice spice glaze, roast green beans with pickled garlic, and roast potatoes.
The glaze was a simple mixture of apple butter, five spice, and soy sauce.
The green beans simply got olive oil, while the potatoes got rosemary as well
